In addition to the collision damage, both a-pillars had some rust near the bottoms that the owner wanted fixed. Below you can see the repair to the left-hand a-pillar. We cut out the rusty metal and fabbed a repair piece. After cleaning the interior surfaces and undercoating both the interior of the a-pillar and the patch panel we welded the panel into place. Grinding down the welds completed the repair.
