The A pillar is the structural part that holds the door hinges.
It must be repaired befor the fenders are fitted.
The a pillar was exposed as the rust was cut away.
Since this panel is unavailable, we fabricated a patch using a
hammerform and sheet metal brake.

The patch was tack-welded into place.
After finish welding and grinding, the a-pillar has regained the strength and look of the original panel.
