1936 Ford

We've continued to work on the firewall and front floor section of the 1936 ford. We've fabbed 2 pieces which will be attached to the tunnel already in the car and we'll be making one more for the top. We'll also be enclosing the steering column more properly. We've sprayed rubberized undercoat on the previously bare-wood floor boards as well.

On the upper firewall we've plugged several misc. holes with body plugs and are in the process of smoothing a few others out so they are actually round enough to accept a plug. The large hole we've covered from the inside has had an initial coat of filler and will be smoothed out and painted to match the rest of the firewall.

Once we've finished with our repairs we will be installing some sound-deadening/heat-insulation materials.
