We had quite a bit of repair work in the rear bulkhead. The bottom 4″ plus the corners were rusted out.
We started with minor repairs in the upper corners
Then we made repair panels for the lower portions and cut away the old metal.
We tacked the repairs in, then finish welded them.
With all the welds ground flush, it’s looking original again.
