MGA 1500 Race Car

After cutting out and tacking in a new radiator duct panel we needed to make a decision regarding the nose of this MGA. It has been repaired several times in the past and the metal is very beaten, distorted and, most importantly, thin. We opted to purchase a new repair piece from Moss Motors and have begun to prep for its installation.

We cut the nose section off the car and examined the mounting areas around the inner fenders and have discovered more rust than we had anticipated. We are now in the process of deciding how to proceed with these rusty areas.
