Triumph TR3

We have spent the better part of a day hand-stripping the exterior pieces of this TR3. Low-crown panels and anything aluminum need to be hand-stripped with 36-grit sandpaper on a random-orbit DA sander in order to keep the panels from getting warped or otherwise damaged.

The remainder of the car will be going to the sandblaster immediately after the Thanksgiving holiday. We expect to find some pinholes in some of the flat surfaces such as the floorboards and trunk floor, and the sandblaster will expose any weak areas that need to be repaired.
