After installing the rubber, cork and felt packing pieces as well as the aluminum cover plates, it was time to put the body back on. We carefully set the body on our 2-post lift and positioned the chassis underneath. As the body was slowly lowered onto the chassis we checked fit and alignment until the the body lined up with the studs and bolt holes.
