We've disassembled the car to a bare shell and found it to be in very good overall shape. Even though it's had a lot of metalwork in the past (floors, sills, etc.), most of it was done with pop rivets, which cause no additonal damage. There is one area (pictured) that has some poor welding that has damaged the car and we'll have to fix.
We carefully cataloged, boxed, and stored all parts on wire shelves so we can keep good track of every piece of the car throughout the restoration.
