The front of the car was a little worse than the rear. There was some minor rust to the front of the sill and inner sill. Normally, we would have replaced everything, but this car was so solid we only replaced the front areas. We always try to preserve as much of the original car as possible as long as it is structurally sound.

After cutting part of the sill away, we found some damage to the inner sill.

We repaired the damaged area after cutting it back a bit.

We applied rubberized undercoating to the area.

Then repaired the sill itself.
