Triumph TR2
The sills on the TR2 appeared solid, but after cutting away small sections on each side we found some corrosion inside that warranted repair. Because reproduction sills don't fit well or look very accurate we've taken great steps to save as much of the originals as we can. After removing the bottom of the R/H sill we thoroughly cleaned and coated the inside with a rust-inhibiting undercoat. We then tacked in a repair piece to the bottom of the sill, welded it in place and ground the welds smooth.
