Sandblasting: Not necessary for minor repairs. We require it for major repairs.

Powder Coating: The extension must be sandblasted first. We use satin black unless otherwise specified.
Total $35.00  

Replace Center Tube: Often bent from jacking or towing, we replace the middle portion of this tube and replace the crank guide. Labor $160, Crank Guide, $14.95, Tube 29.95, Total $204.90

Repair front 6" (per side): Collision-damage usually is limited to the front six inches of the extension. We replace any bad metal, then install a new bumper mount stud. Labor $120.00, Bumper mount stud $9.95,

Swaybar Mount Modification: MGA 1600 frame extensions can accept a swaybar, 1500s cannot. We cut and weld the extension, then grind the welds and drill mounting holes. The modification is almost impossible to detect. Labor $160, Bracket (2 req), $16.95 each, Bushing (2 req), $6.95 each, Total $207.80

Heavy Damage Repair: We can usually repair heavily damaged extensions. Sometimes we can straighten a side, otherwise we can replace it with a good used side from another extension. We need to see the extension for an estimated price.
